Shipping & Returns Policies
- All items purchased online from On Point Athletics, LLC will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours from the time that the order was placed.Â
Return Policy:
- You may return most items purchased online from On Point Athletics, LLC within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in its original packaging and must not show any signs of evident wear.
- All sales are final and will not be eligible for return on all items sold on discount/special and all Athletic Body Care products.Â
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products
- All returns must include an RA# before the item(s) will be accepted for a refund. Customer must contact On Point Athletics, LLC. via the form on Contact Us page or via email. Please state the date of purchase, item wanting to return and the reason for the return.
